The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement accepted by the client.
We work to improve reach quality, content and conversion opportunities, but do not guarantee a fixed number of sales or permanent search ranking. Results depend on the market, offer, platform and external factors.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and materials, required permissions, content approval and compliance with platform policies and applicable law.
Meta, Google, WhatsApp and other platforms may change policies, pricing or features outside Mention Pro's control.
Payment, revision, cancellation and refund terms are defined in the accepted project proposal before work begins.
Agreed final deliverables transfer after payment is completed. General tools, templates and working methods remain the property of their respective owners.
